EASIEST EVER BEEF-TIPS AND RICE | |
2 lb. beef stew meat 2 cans french onion soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 pkgs. quick rice (microwavable) or 1 bag dutch egg noodles, cooked and drained Preheat oven to 275°F. In an ovenproof casserole dish, add first three ingredients and stir. Salt and pepper well. Bake uncovered for 4 hours. Pour over rice or noodles and serve. Excellent! Great for Crock-Pot, too.
