CARAMEL FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar. Heat to boiling over low heat 2 minutes. Add milk and return to boiling. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in powdered sugar to spreading consistency. Frost cookies. Use Cheddar Nut Cookies.
