PINEAPPLE BROWNIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Place 1 cup batter aside and add pineapple to it. To the remaining batter add melted chocolate and walnuts. Spread about half the chocolate batter in square pan and cover with the pineapple mixture. Spoon the remaining chocolate mixture on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Ice with chocolate icing.
