LEMON APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. apricot nectar 2/3 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs, beat one at a time ICING: 1 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice Mix cake mix and sugar, then add apricot nectar and Wesson oil. Beat well. Add one egg at a time and mix well. Bake in stem pan 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix icing and spoon over cake while warm. |
