LEMON APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar
2/3 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs, beat one at a time

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix cake mix and sugar, then add apricot nectar and Wesson oil. Beat well. Add one egg at a time and mix well. Bake in stem pan 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix icing and spoon over cake while warm.

This was my Grandmother's recipe. I made it recently for a co-worker and only changed it a little. I used butter instead of oil and I added a tsp each of lemon and vanilla extract. I also used fresh brown eggs. I glazed a warm cake, but added a little thicker glaze for appearance. My cake was beautiful!
